Filled with cosy pub favourites such as sausage and mash and a proper pie alongside a couple of showstoppers including our roasted whole ham hock to share 🐖

Using as much local produce as possible to support our farmers and suppliers is so important to us and they have really supplied us some special ingredients this season 😋

🥳🥳TEAM BIG DAY OUT 🥳🥳

Just a note to remind you all that The Lion is closed tomorrow, Monday 17th August for our annual staff Big Day out. Every year we close both The Lion and our sister pub The Swan at Tarporley and take the teams for a day of fun and an evening party, with awards to thank them for all their continued hard work all year.
