It’s that time again! Our monthly Open Mic Night is coming up, and this month we’re delighted to have the lovely Phil Speight MBE taking the reins as host. 🎙️👏
Whether you’re a seasoned performer or fancy getting up for the first time, everyone is welcome! Come along, grab the mic and enjoy a fantastic night of live music.

NEW BEER (that you’ve already missed).

We received a delivery of Salopian Brewery “The Matter is Closed”. Unfortunately, you thirsty lot supped the entire cask dry before we even had the chance to shout about it.

So, true to its name... the matter is officially closed.

To replace it, we’re pouring Salopian’s multi-award-winning Oracle from cask from Saturday.

Pull up a seat nice and early before history repeats itself.

Opening Times:

Tonight: Open from 4:30 PM
Fri, Sat & Sun: Open from 12:00 PM

Next band night we are excited to have for the first time The High Committee, a a reggae dub funk band. Playing originals and covers from Gorillaz, Police, The Specials, Deelite to name a few. Definitely not one to miss.

Next up on Thursday we have our extremely popular open mic night! Come down and perform or just enjoy a night of free live music 🍻🎶

As many of you will know, Robbie Cross has stepped down from hosting our Open Mic Night. Everyone at The Wharf would like to say a huge thank you to Robbie for all the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm he's brought. His efforts have helped make Open Mic such a fantastic night, and we're very grateful for everything he's done.
Looking ahead, we're excited to announce that we'll be welcoming a different guest host each month, with a fantastic group of local musicians taking the reins.
We're delighted to introduce this month's guest host, Jonathan Edwards. We look forward to seeing you all for another great night of live music!

Good news! Our beautiful little bar is serving all 7 days this week 😁

Here’s what to expect:

Monday from 4:30. Always a chilled one. Plenty of seats, come and cool down in the little beer garden or watch the athletes on the Wharf darts team go through their paces.

Tuesday from 4:30. France vs Spain for the World Cup purists.

Wednesday from 4:30. England vs Argentina on the big screen 😬

Thursday from 4:30. Normal peaceful pub service resumes.

Friday: we open at midday. Definitely one for our sunny garden.

Sat & Sunday we are open from 12:00. We won’t tempt fate by predicting what World Cup games might be shown.
