Please bring your completed forms in a sealed envelope with your entry fee to Milford on Sea Club, The Village News or Milford-on-Sea Parish Council offices.

If your chosen venue to submit is closed please pop it through their letter box.

I will be getting some forms printed and popped into the venues on Monday so please rest assured if you need a form and don’t have a printer they will be available from Monday afternoon.
