We're looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Longridge.

You'll play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food safety standards and helping the kitchen run smoothly during every service.

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for food, strong attention to detail and a positive approach to working as part of a busy team.

Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 per year, with the option of an hourly rate.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Longridge. This is a full time role, working 4 days a week with fresh, high quality ingredients.

As a Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's go to for support, helping to lead and motivate the kitchen team, deliver consistently high standards and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and safely.

You'll share our relentless attention to detail, from stock control, health and safety and hygiene to managing the pass and ensuring every dish goes out on spec and on time. Above all, you'll help us maintain our 5* kitchen standards at every service.

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year, with the option of an hourly rate.

Maybe it’s the views across Longridge, the relaxed atmosphere or the fact that once you're settled in with a drink and some good food, you never feel in much of a rush to leave.

Right at the top of Berry Lane, it’s a place to catch up, switch off and enjoy spending time with your favourite people.
