The West Coast IPA is a classic style to behold and Trout State is no different. For those that like proper West Coasts this is the one for you. A beautifully hopped beer with Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo, Magnum, Mosaic and Simcoe all involved. On the nose this gives lots of citrus, with tangerine and pine standing out in particular and a massive bitter hit that you used to get from old school Westies.
The result? A crisp, clean beer with a big satisfying bitterness.
