I’m back this week — and with it being Mental Health Week, let’s make this our biggest walk yet.

If you’ve never joined before, this is your sign. Good people, fresh air, great conversations and of course plenty of dogs leading the way.

No pressure, no awkwardness — just a relaxed walk to clear your head, meet some new faces and start the weekend properly. Perfect if you’ve got a son who needs dragging out of his pit on a Saturday morning, or anyone who could do with a reset and some fresh air.

Whether you come for the chat, the walk or just to fuss a few dogs, everyone’s welcome.
