How is driving a car rather than a scooter through London better for our environment. - please sign:

As it stands I can drive my car in but not my scooter which makes no sense at all. My scooter costs £7 a WEEK to drive and my car costs £11 a DAY in fuel to drive the same distance. How can this be good for the environment?
