The Tankard Pub The Tankard is under new ownership as of July 2025. Fully renovated and ready to welcome patrons as it as done for the last 200 years.

Enjoy proper pub grub, friendly and attentive service, a great beer selection, real ales and an extensive wine list to satisfy all palates, plus regular events and wine tastings, quiz nights, special offers and a stunning upstairs terrace overlooking the nearby park! Freshly cooked food is served daily until 9pm. Reserving a table for dining is strongly recommended.
