Here at The Mulwray, we have a soft spot for vermouth 🍸
This wonderfully complex fortified wine — infused with herbs, spices, fruits, and botanicals — deserves more than just a supporting role. When it takes centre stage, vermouth unlocks some truly extraordinary cocktail creations. From crisp and dry to rich and sweet, every style brings something unique to the glass.
From 21–31 March, we’re celebrating vermouth with a special menu of vermouth-based cocktails that showcase its versatility and the incredible UK makers redefining the category today.
The menu flows from light, aperitif-style serves to spirit-forward classics — plus a few non-alcoholic options for good measure. Highlights include:
Coast to Coast – Vault Vodka, Vault Meadow, Lemon, Dill
Spagliato – Rhubarb, Cardamom, Vault Meadow, Hundred Hills Rosé
White Sesame Manhattan – Sazerac Rye, Clarified Butter, Vault Meadow, Cardamom Clove
You can also enjoy these vermouths on their own — over ice with a twist of citrus, or topped with tonic for a refreshing aperitif. 🍋
