Pachamama is a restaurant and bar serving Peruvian-inspired, modern British food. Dishes on the menu include crispy lamb belly with jalapeno miso, tuna ceviche with pickled potato, XO and cucumber, fried aubergine with smoked yoghurt and pecans. Our dessert selection is a delight with coconut and vanilla Leche Frita and our popular Peruvian chocolate with toasted quinoa ice cream. The brunch menu includes our quinoa or sweet potato based waffles with toppings such as Peruvian fried chicken with yacon syrup or home made ginger yoghurt, seasonal berries and toasted super seeds. The cocktail bar will support British distilleries of vodka and gin and London-brewed beers while piscos will come with elderflower and infused with seasonal British fruits.
