Annual General Meeting 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2026 will take place in the main hall on Friday 15th May at 8.30PM sharp.
Agenda.
1) The Presidents opening address.
2) Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
3) Matters arising from the minutes.
4) Election of the scrutineers.
5) Read and consider the balance sheet.
6) Election of the Auditors.
7) Election of the Officers.
8)) Election of the General Committee.
9) Election of the Life Members.
10) Resolutions. (These must be received five days prior to the meeting.
11) Any other business.
12) Discussion: Future Development of the Club (General discussion only — no formal decisions unless submitted as a Resolution.)
All Members are requested to make every effort to attend this meeting.
If any Members have any comments regarding the balance sheet, will they please inform the Honorary Secretary in writing seven days before the meeting.

It is my sad duty to report that Mr. John Lansdown has passed away peacefully recently.

John was a well-respected member of the club since 2002 and had served on the committee.
John will be missed by all who knew him.
The Club sends its condolences to his family and friends

The funeral arrangements to follow when known.
