Black Dog-goers should expect plenty of real ales on rotation, World lagers including Brooklyn from New York and pub food that's homemade and not too pricey. The Black Dog, formerly part of The Lavender Pub Chain has recently received a generous facelift positioning it at the front of the South London pub scene with new energy, friendly charm and a particular edgy vibe. Housed in a former glass factory The Black Dog (original Victorian name) can accommodate 200 including 80 diners and there is additional outside seating for approximately 60. Open 7 days a week, food is served from 8am breakfast through to 9pm with a daily changing menu offering bold, confident seasonal food at pub prices.
