First session here with a client I saw regularly for many years.

This client has MS, walks with the aid of an electronic device and a stick.

She never uses this as an excuse and welcomes any challenges.

She continues to strength train regularly at home.

Thursday 10am
A slower paced workout. Using a combination of weights and bodyweight.
Designed to challenge you and celebrate what your body can do.

Thursday 19.45pm
A more coached focused session. Big compound moves.
Designed to introduce you to these moves and challenge you.

​I am pleased to announce that, due to recent changes in my weekly schedule, I am opening up new Personal Training sessions at two fantastic locations:

β€‹πŸ“ ORU | Tuesday Afternoons

πŸ“ NRGLAB3 | Thursday Afternoons

​These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to build strength, improve mobility and/or reach their 2026 fitness goals.

​Please note that these new spaces will be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and initially for those looking for 6 or more sessions.
