Assistant Manager / Supervisor (full time) - 2+ years’ supervisory experience in a fast-paced venue, solid wine knowledge (we’ll train you further), hands-on across bar and floor, comfortable with stock rotation and wine deliveries.

Two Bartenders - energetic team players with a genuine passion for wine and experience in a busy environment.

All roles include evenings and weekends - that’s when the magic happens. ✨

🍷 California Dreaming — Monday Evening

The heatwave’s fading, the evening’s cooling down, and we’ve got the perfect way to spend it.

This Monday we’re hosting an exceptional Californian wine tasting - one of my favourite regions. Two of the great varietals done properly: 6 beautiful Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, matched with some smoked salmon, juicy pork tenderloin and cheese.

Your host for the evening is Andrew Meltzer from Berkmann Wine Cellars - someone who really knows how to bring these wines to life.
