Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are foremost with the Jamaican people, the tourists and visitors, first responders and aid agencies charged to help those caught up in Hurricane Melissa.
Without , there would literally be no … Hence this post.
Several of our team members (namely Claudia, Marjorie, Norbert, Barry and Ricky) have very close Jamaican ties and families affected by this devastating hurricane. This week has been extremely tough while anxiously waiting to hear news about family, extended family and friends on the island.
Our team is doing and will do all we can to assist official relief efforts over the coming weeks and months ahead.
In the meantime, we just wanted to highlight the following info and humbly ask you, our lovely Friends of Park’s Edge to please consider giving a donation via the official Jamaican government channel:

This dedicated Government of Jamaica platform (created by the Office of Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Management - ODPEM) has been developed to mobilise assistance, coordinate relief, and streamline recovery efforts.
The official advice from the Jamaican government is to “please ensure that you only use the official website ending in ‘gov.jm’ and avoid any unofficial donation platforms.”
To donate vital goods, please follow the official guidance at ODPEM website and you will be able to locate various drop-off centres in London and the southeast.
