We got to try 2 orange wines (Pialli - Mare Antico and Paraschos - Orange One), our Rosé (Plana D’en Jan - Rosat) and plenty more delicious bottles.

As you’d expect, a few of these have already made it onto our shelves — so come and check them out!

This week we’re shining a light on Jura 🍷, honestly one of our favourite wine regions and the perfect excuse to talk about some of the bottles we love most. tucked away in eastern France, Jura produces some brilliant light-bodied, aromatic reds with the most gorgeous earthy, spicy character — thanks to the indigenous grapes Poulsard and Trousseau alongside Pinot Noir. trust us, they’re made for weather like this ☀️ next time you’re in, ask the team and they’ll point you in the right direction.

We have a new BTG (By The Glass) and it’s a good one 🧡. This orange wine is seriously worth trying. three grapes — Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla — hand harvested, skin macerated for 20 days and naturally fermented before spending at least 24 months ageing in big Slavonian oak. no filtration, no fining, no sulphur added — just honest, expressive winemaking.

Expect lemon, orange peel, a hint of roses, mandarin, nectarines and white pepper with a fresh, mineral finish.

While you’re at Binch, the snack shelf is worth a detour. Our Paris connection means escargots à la bourguignonne had to make the cut — snails in garlic-herb butter, best enjoyed with a thick slice of sourdough. 🐌

A beautiful blend of Cartoixa Vermell, Parellada, and Ull de Llebre, fermented separately and aged in fibreglass. lively acidity, vivid red fruits, refreshing finish. stick it in the fridge and enjoy 🍷
