We have a new BTG (By The Glass) and it’s a good one 🧡. This orange wine is seriously worth trying. three grapes — Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla — hand harvested, skin macerated for 20 days and naturally fermented before spending at least 24 months ageing in big Slavonian oak. no filtration, no fining, no sulphur added — just honest, expressive winemaking.

Expect lemon, orange peel, a hint of roses, mandarin, nectarines and white pepper with a fresh, mineral finish.

This one's worth knowing about. Émilie Mutombo () — Belgian born, Congolese heritage, now making natural wine in Bonastre, Catalonia. A beautiful blend of Cartoixa Vermell, Parellada, and Ull de Llebre, fermented separately and aged in fibreglass. lively acidity, vivid red fruits, refreshing finish. stick it in the fridge and enjoy 🍷
