Today we turn 15 🎈 Fifteen years. It feels like the words should carry more weight than they do — and yet, when we close our eyes and think back to that first morning in Sundridge Park Village, it really does feel like yesterday.
The nerves. The warmth of the tandoor. The sound of a door opening for the very first time to welcome our very first customer. That quiet moment where a dream quietly became something real.
We never quite imagined what this little corner of the world would grow into. Cinnamon Culture was built on a simple belief — that great food, made with care, has a way of bringing people together. Fifteen years later, that belief hasn't changed one bit.
So much has stayed the same, and yet so much has changed. The recipes have been refined, the community has grown, we moved to Chislehurst, familiar faces have become old friends. And yes — the kids who used to sit at our tables colouring in and making crumbs have grown up too. (Some of them are now old enough to have a proper coffee. We're choosing not to think too hard about that).
To every customer, every team member, every supplier, and every soul who has walked through our door — thank you. You are the reason we are still here, still cooking, still spicing things up ❤️
