Our cookbook been a long time coming (we know many of you have been asking for a while) and it's finally here... well for pre-order anyway.

Our chef-owner Elavarasan ‘Prince' Durairaj has finally put pen to paper, and has brought together a collection of recipes from Tamil Nadu, as well as a selection from across our pubs and curry houses (, + ) plus a couple of his home-style favourites.

If you've ever wanted to make the Thanjavur Chicken Curry or the Masala Lamb Chops at home, now's your chance. There's cocktails; there’s breads; there's salads and curries! And all sorts of gorgeous South Indian dishes to try yourself.
