Located in the heart of picturesque Llangollen is Gales Wine Bar, established in 1977 by Richard Gale. This family business offers finely crafted dishes under the expert eye of Head Chef Jack Hatley using the freshest seasonal and local ingredients. All the produce on the menu is created on site, including butchery, baking bread daily and churning ice cream. We also cook using cutting edge technology such as sous vide, pressure cooking and modern gastronomy

Turns out our previous post got a little ahead of itself… Roscoe is actually joining us TOMORROW - Friday 18th September! 🎶

And there’s one more update… our brilliant support act The Nocturnal are now known as Veiled The Band! 👀

We’re excited to introduce Robin, our new General Manager, and Joe, our new Head Chef! 🍽️🍷

They’ve both recently joined the Gales team, bringing plenty of experience, fresh ideas and a whole lot of enthusiasm to help make Gales even better!

Some of you may have already met them over the last few weeks, but now it’s official — welcome to the team, Robin & Joe! ❤️

And there’s plenty to look forward to… Joe is already working on an exciting new menu for Gales, with more details coming very soon 👀🍴
