▪︎ CASUAL FRONT OF HOUSE MEMBER ▪︎

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible member of staff to join our team at our coastal pub as a 'Casual Front of House' member.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy atmosphere, can adapt to different shifts and responsibilities and is able to pick up shifts for staff absence etc

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Taking drinks orders and serving at the bar
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Waiting on tables
- Barista Coffees
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and staff absence

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential for this role
- Barista trained preferred

Basically, if you're a hospitality person, have a bit of a personality and can pour a pint.. we want to hear from you! 😜

As always, another hugely successful day in the village! 🥳

Thank you to everyone who joined us today for the Regatta, it's always one of the busiest days of the year! 🤪

Polite reminder that our kitchen will be closed tomorrow (Monday 10th) to allow our dedicated kitchen team to spend one day of the summer holidays with their families 🥰

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, however the kids miss their dad! 😆

Our bar will remain open from 11am serving up all cold drinks and the barista machine will be on serving up all hot drinks plus cream teas 😍☕️🫖🍻🥂

Back to normal on Tuesday serving food from 12-3 + 5-9 so give us a call for all your booking needs! 📲
