🖖 CAPTAIN’S LOG: NIGHT ONE COMPLETE.

The crew survived. The uniforms are already raising questions. Starfleet has asked us to stop tagging them.

Old Fashioned Week is officially underway, and thank you to everyone who joined us for Strait Trek’s maiden voyage. ❤️🥃

We’d like to reassure you that your cocktails are in the hands of highly trained professionals. Unfortunately, we’ve attached photographic evidence.

Two photos. Six crew members. Not a single person you’d trust to reverse a spaceship.

Back on the bridge tonight. Come for the Old Fashioneds. Stay because someone in a polyester tunic is explaining a joke from the menu.

Our new Old Fashioned Week menu launches TODAY, with Woodford Reserve and the first three members of a crew that absolutely should not be trusted with a spaceship.

🩺 I’M A DOCTOR, NOT A BARTENDER!
Woodford Reserve Wheat, pear brandy, citrus and our own plumbread bitters, with a white chocolate Starfleet delta. Bones has reviewed our qualifications and would like us removed from the medical register. We weren’t on it.

🍓 THE SEARCH FOR STRAWBERRY
Buttered Diplomático rum, Amaro Nonino and strawberry, with a marzipan/strawberry pancake. We searched the galaxy. Turns out it was in the garnish fridge. Someone had put the bloody lid on.

🖖 KEEPING UP WITH THE CARDASSIANS
Woodford Reserve Bourbon, elderflower, falernum, blue curaçao and pineapple, served with a Vulcan salute temporary tattoo. All the questionable decision-making of a normal tattoo, but it comes off before your next family gathering.

Three drinks. One deeply unnecessary theme. A marketing department consisting entirely of people who should have been told “no” considerably earlier.

Beam yourself down. We’ve made this everyone’s problem.

🥃 RUM & RAISIN 🍬

Like your Grandad's favourite ice cream. Except Grandad's had a few and is now telling everyone what he really thinks.

Meet Rum & Raisin. A gloriously grown-up concoction of Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Discarded Sweet Vermouth, Walnut Brown Sherry, caramel, molasses bitters and a little saline to keep everyone in check.

And because we clearly don't understand the concept of restraint, we've topped it off with Roly's Fudge.

Yes. Actual fudge. On a cocktail.

It's rich. It's indulgent. It's got more layers than a family argument at Christmas.

Basically, all the nostalgia of a proper old-fashioned dessert, with considerably more booze and absolutely no need for a spoon.

Rum & Raisin. Because growing up is overrated. 🥃

Meet the cocktail that can't decide whether it's a drink, a dessert, or a really questionable life choice.

Our very own house-made Blueberry Vodka, Crème de Cacao Blanc, vanilla, blueberry, lime and a little cassis bitters. Topped with Prosecco, because we're classy like that.

And an EDIBLE LEGO BRICK.

Yes, you can eat it. No, we don't recommend trying that with the rest of your LEGO collection.

🎓 STUDENTS! Flash your NUS and get your student discount. Because your overdraft deserves a little treat too.

🍓 STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER. 💋

She’s sweet. She’s stylish. She’s got more retro charm than your nan’s entire wardrobe. And frankly, she’s a bit of a show-off.

Meet Strawberry Fields, our fabulous little love child with Lincoln’s very own ❤️

A rather delicious mix of Genepi, Lillet Blanc, strawberry, basil and a few other things that make ordering a second seem like an excellent idea.

Oh, and she comes with a temporary tattoo. Because nothing says sophisticated cocktail drinking quite like leaving the bar with a new bit of body art. 😏
