✨ Chef position:
- a minimum of 1 year cheffing experience with basic knife skill
- level 2 food & hygiene qualification
(refresher can be provided)
- ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- working in a clean and tidy environment where EHO guidelines and regulations are always followed to a high standard
- quick thinking and problem solving skills
- weekends, evenings and holidays are essential, shift patterns do vary.
- full time position available only!
- working alongside kitchen management to provide a high level standard of food to our customers
✨ Waiting staff position:
- a minimum of 1 year waiting experience is a requirement
- happy & bubble personality and an ability to work under pressure
- full time & part time positions available
- must be 18+
- weekends, holidays & evenings are a must
- shift work of days & nights
-quick thinking & problem solving skills
- working within an extremely busy venue with high service standards
