💚**WE NEED YOUR HELP**💚
On Wednesday 6th May, our friend Sophia suffered a devastating house fire while she and her family were out.
In moments, they lost almost everything - clothes, belongings, and so many memories. Thankfully everyone is safe, but the shock, heartbreak, and the reality of rebuilding their lives is overwhelming.
Many of you will know Sophia through her work place at TGB (Ten Green Bottles & The Greedy Breakfast).
As our manager, Sophia has spent years bringing joy, warmth, and laughter to our TGB community. She’s been the friendly face, the caring ear, and the person who makes this place feel like home for so many. Now, it’s our turn to support her, she’s the one who needs us.
This isn’t a broken-down car or a picture falling off a wall - this is serious. This has been a life changing challenge that no-one should face without help. This is a moment for a community she has always cared for to come together and help her get her home back for her family. WE WANT TO HELP.

We’re launching a 'TGB DIY SOS' (Save Our Sophia!!) and we’re reaching out to anyone who might be able to offer their skills or time. We might not have Nick Knowles, but we have you!
Painters, decorators, carpenters, electricians, or anyone handy who can spare even a little bit to help rebuild what has been lost - your support would mean the world.
It’s not just about money; it’s about people coming together to help a family find their feet again.
The help that has already come from Sophia’s family, neighbours and friends has been overwhelming and she is already very grateful for all your donations.
She is an extremely proud young independent women that naturally doesn’t like to ask for help… so on her behalf as her TGB family, we are asking for her, and the more help we can get for Sophia, the quicker we can get her family back home.
