We are a stunningly beautiful canal side pub converted from an old flour mill, situated on the embankment of the Caldon Canal in Denford, Leek.

Come and try your luck at the weekly pub quiz. Held every Tuesday at 8:45pm, there are lots of prizes to be won. Each team also gets some traditional Staffordshire oatcakes and cheese to nibble on! Every Thursday night watch and enjoy some live music from a local band. The band kicks of at 9.15pm till 11pm. Chunky chip butties for all our customers at 10pm!

Well, what can we say, we’ve had an amazing weekend for Hollybush Fest, thank you to our amazing bands,🎤🎸 @ The Centaurs, who opened Saturday, Ant & Jon Clowes, Dom Morgan, Nathan Peake, Phil Kirk – Dan Machin & Aidan Goldstraw who closed Saturday night. The Minstrels of Mischief who opened on Sunday, Reve CM, Happy go Lucky, the lovely Heidi & Ben and again our Phil Kirk, Dan Machin & Aidan closing the weekend, it’s been a pleasure to host you all this weekend.🙂
A massive thank you for our weekend team, @ Val, Kane, Tyler, Mish, Lauren, Leah, Amy, Nick E, Rob, Jack, Flo, Effie, Sophie, Izzie & the lovely Nannie T - Tracy, we couldn’t have done it without you.👏👏😘
Our thanks go to everyone who supported and came to enjoy our community event, it meant a lot, our regular supporters and new ones, we’ve met some fabulous people and furbabies this weekend.🥰
We have to give a very special thank you to Sue Rogers (or as she’s known in my phone as defib sue - yes she does an amazing role in that too looking after a number of defibs around the area, you’ve been amazing over the last few months.🥰 The second special thank you goes to Jim, our sound and lighting engineer, you were amazing.

Joshua day boat hire

We have a last minute cancellation for tomorrow 3/10/26 if anyone fancies a trip on Joshua… we can do this for £150 which is the weekday cost…..
