2026 will be our 20th annual Beer Festival here at the Red Lion.

Without a doubt it’s grown both in size & fun. The first 10 years were in the potholed car park with a great selection of beers plus a few picnic benches, bouncy castle & live music. Since 2014 it’s taken over the patio. With outdoor bar, family games, a truck which doubles as a stage to host the musicians & bands and extra hay bales to sit on because 21 outside tables just isn’t enough.

It’s an event we get asked about year round. People book the weekend off work months in advance to ensure they can join us. An event only works if the people who attend enjoy themselves.
