Keg beers on ahead of Remembrance this weekend...

First up is a special one. Selection with their Spec-Ops premium l***r. Brewered by Hall & Woodhouse is association with the SAS Benevolent Fund it supports SAS families. Also on are a couple of small breweries showpieces returning to the Prince of Wales, Ledbury.. New Bristol Brewery with their astonishing Jungle is Massive and Anspach & Hobday with their Guinness killing London Black.

Your weekend beers for you and I'm in a spookey mood so I've got all the lines running!!!

First up we have one of my all time favourites, Moorhouse's Brewery with their absolute classic, Pendle Witches Brew. Rich, stong and slightly sweet it'll definately keep the bad spirits away. We also have a mini takeover from Green Duck B**r Co. with their pale, Reptillia and their hazy extra pale, Legend.

Along with Ledbury Real Ales Green Hop and Bitter, Otter Brewery Amber & Butcombe Brewing Co. Gold there's something for everyone...

Bit of a clickbait headline but the article goes into detail as to what the pub industry is looking for as the Chancellor stands up in Parliament.

Fair deal on VAT compared to supermarkets, reduction in the cost of employing people (such as changes to the 15% Employer NI) and a reform of business rates to help the wider high street.

I talk to other publicans on a daily basis and we're so lucky that we're busy and actually profitable. Thanks to everyone that supports us. No politics in the pub but without some intervention by politicians there's a risk to many pubs.

Jonathan works a second job and puts in 90 hour weeks to make ends meet.

As costs increase, he's hoping today's Budget will throw struggling pub landlords a lifeline 🇬🇧🍺

Mash up time!

Some beers really are great and here's a mix of two! This is a coloboration brew and mash-up of Theakston Brewery and their Old Pecuilier with Rooster's Brewing Co. and thier Baby Faced Assassin to produce Peculier Assassin. Served on keg, so lightly carbonated and colder, it produces something that could live up to its name...
