Only locally sourced ingredients are used to create the unique dining experience that the Springer has to offer. The menu is changed regularly to reflect the freshest produce in season – from locally caught fish to the freshest fruit and vegetables. It is clear that Team have great passion for what they do; the Springer Spaniel is the whole package. It is a freehouse which by popular demand serves locally brewed ales such as Tribute, Jail Ale & Trelawny alongside Guiness, San Miguel, Thatcher’s and many more. The Springer Spaniel is a thing of beauty since its beginnings as a humble village pub – it’s now a destination to be treasured. A calm, warm, relaxing environment awaits you here at the Springer whether it is a quiet meal for two or a special occasion to celebrate.
