You might not see her behind the bar all year round, but she’s certainly no stranger to The Highwayman! 👀❤️

Evie has been part of our team for several years now, and while she’s currently busy studying Law at Durham University, we’re always delighted when the holidays bring her back to us! 📚⚖️

A real core member of our Highwayman family, Evie has built friendships with everyone on the team and never fails to bring plenty of laughs to a shift! 🥰

And as you’ll quickly discover from this video… once she starts giggling, there’s absolutely no stopping her! 🤣

We’re always counting down the days until she’s back for the holidays, and we’re sure plenty of you look forward to seeing her familiar face too! ❤️

It’s time to introduce another one of our lovely team members… meet Skye! 👋

Currently studying for her A-levels, Skye balances school life with working part-time here at The Highwayman, and she’s an absolute joy to have on the team! 🥰

You might recognise the family resemblance too… Skye is our Head Chef’s daughter and sister to Sasha, who many of you will already know! ❤️

She’s always a pleasure to work alongside, although judging by this video, we don’t think we’ll be seeing her in a karaoke booth anytime soon… 🎤🤣

We’re bringing a little taste of Bavaria to The Highwayman from Friday 9th – Sunday 11th October!

Expect Erdinger, German la**rs, w**es & spirits, steins at the ready and a special Oktoberfest menu featuring pretzels & b**r cheese, bratwurst and currywurst 🤤

We’re kicking things off with our Oktoberfest Party from 6pm on Friday - with the pub dressed for the occasion, menu nibbles to try and maybe even a little fancy dress from the team 👀🍻

Can’t make Friday? Don’t worry - our Oktoberfest food & drinks will be available all weekend!

No need to book for Friday evening, just pop down and join us. For food over the weekend, we recommend booking a table 🍽️
