Today marks two years of Will leading the kitchen team here at Normans and it's fair to say if you had offered either of us half of the things we have managed to achieve in that time we would have ripped your arm off!

Michelin BIB, 2 AA Rosettes, Top 100 Best Local Restaurants, Good Food Guide, Opentable Top 100 Restaurants, cooking for the legends Stephen Graham and Bruce Springsteen and some cracking write ups along the way!

He is at the absolute center of everything Normans and and is the key driving force behind us, he is always on the lookout for area's we need to improve and work on and more importantly is a top bloke and a delight to work alongside!

It has been a whirlwind of a 2 years and we can't wait to see what's next! 👨‍🍳

We are back, the bread is proving and we are getting set for another busy week 🍞
