Our mini festival for those living with dementia and their carers, providing a relaxed and welcoming environment outside our normal hours.

Open to all individuals and their carers together with all nursing homes in the area, this is a very special part of the festival.

We are so grateful to KSDAA for providing all the organisational and volunteer support.

Thanks to all the performers who help make the event so special.

The Big Weekend - 4th July - Americana Night

We have arranged for not one, but two of the top Americana bands around to provide what will sure to be an amazing night of country and western dance music - Ragged Union and Henry Ray.

Don't know how to line dance! We have you covered - joining us for the evening will be Keynsham's By-Line dance teachers and students. They will help and guide you.

Even better if you come dressed for the occasion!

The Big Weekend - Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July!

Here are the stage line-ups for each day - time to get planning...

Saturday features the Family Festival with entertainment and activities for the whole family including Super Pirates, the Youth Stage featuring the future stars of music, the Circus Arena with the amazing Above & Beyond Circus, the Choir Festival, the Futures Discovery Zone and so much more!

It's the 4th of July so we have organised an Americana Night - with two amazing bands and your chance to learn to line dance! Time to sort out your stetsons, denim and cowboy boots...

Sunday sees 24 live bands over 3 music stages so there's bound to be someting for everyone! The Dance Stage will delight everyone with the sheer variety of acts we have for you.

Around the park will also be walkabout entertainers, stalls, a variety of world food vendors and 4 bars.

It's been tough this year - but we made it!

We can't wait to welcome you back for another amazing year of the Keynsham Music Festival.

🎶 Saturday 20th June HISTORY OF HOUSE
At club 22 - At the heart of the brand are resident DJs Just, Luge and Johndo, a blend of experience and fresh energy.
Known for their welcoming crowd, smiling faces and “dancing daps” atmosphere, History of House events are all about good people and great music. Tickets online £5 (more on the door)

⏰Kick festival week off on Friday 26th June with the one and only CHICO at Club 22 - It's Chico Time! (Early bird tickets just £8, with support from Bristol's own Spencer Flay)

🎸Then on Monday 29th June, High Fly bring the ultimate 70s Glam Rock party to Club 22 - T.Rex, Bowie, Slade, Wings and MORE. Just £7!

✏️Tuesday 30th June gets creative and thought-provoking with our Spoken Word Night at Temple Court - headlined by the brilliant Saili Katebe and Eryn McDonald, compèred by Manganaro, plus open mic. FREE to attend!

🏴‍☠️Thursday 2nd July- brace yourself for Opera in a Box performing The Pirates of Penzance, live at Keynsham Memorial Park. Spectacular, funny and completely unmissable.

💃🏻 And to close out Festival Week on Friday 3rd July, it's the Ska Party Night with Ya Freshness & the Big Boss Band plus the incredible Fraser Morgan on the Top Stage. Just £8!

We need to be honest with you, Keynsham.
Without your donations at the entry gates, Keynsham Music Festival will not survive. It’s as simple - and as serious - as that.
29 years of music and art. The Memory Café. The youth stage. The circus. The choirs. The family festival. The dance stage. The family and friends that gather in the park every summer. All of it depends on what happens at those gates on the Saturday and Sunday.
When you arrive, one of our wonderful volunteers will welcome you in and ask for a donation. Please give generously. We suggest £5 per adult per day - but if you can give more, please do. If £5 isn’t possible, give what you can. If nothing is possible, walk straight in. No questions.
But if you can give - you will help ensure that future families and visitors to the festival will make their own memories in the same way that you have over the years.
Without you, there is no festival next year. With you, there is. It really is that simple.
