The Unicorn Shift: Chef de Partie (Fri & Sat Off!)

The Sweet Spot Schedule:
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday Evening: 6 hours
• Monday & Tuesday: 9 hours (Full days)
• Total: 24 hours of focused, high-quality cooking.
