This week we welcome Fin, our new Operations Manager. He will initially be based at The Bell in Odell, bringing his experience to The Bell with a focus on supporting the team and driving the pub forward.

Fin joins us with a strong background in hospitality and pub operations, previously one of the youngest pub landlords in the country! So we’re very pleased to have him on board with us.

Following this, he’ll also be supporting our other sites across the company, which he’s very much looking forward to.

If you spot Fin around The Bell, make sure to stop by and say hi, he’s looking forward to getting to know the team, locals and customers alike.
