We would like to sincerely thank all of our customers for your patience, understanding and continued support during the unexpected power cuts we have experienced during our opening hours.

Unfortunately, this is now the fourth power cut affecting our area this year. While we understand that faults can happen, the repeated disruptions are becoming extremely frustrating for both our customers and our business, particularly when they occur during busy service hours.

These power cuts are completely outside of our control, but they can cause significant disruption to our service. We are doing everything we can to continue looking after our customers whenever possible and appreciate your patience while power is restored.

We would like to thank everyone who has shown our team kindness and understanding during these difficult disruptions. Your continued support means so much to us ❤️

We hope UK Power Networks can deal with this issue, the matter can be resolved and prevented from continuing to affect our customers and local businesses.
