Located in the heart of the highland town of Inverness, Cafe 1 specialises in turning quality Scottish produce into appealing modern dishes. Fresh, local produce is sourced from independent suppliers, where possible, in order to create unique and original dishes. Classically styled and informal, Cafe 1 has a friendly ambience which is added to by their open plan kitchen. Some examples of dishes th

at you might find on their menu are seared hand dived King scallops wrapped in pancetta, grilled black pudding, potato rosti and pea pesto or a Breast of chicken wrapped in Parma ham, filled with mozzarella & spinach, fondant potato, zucchini and parmesan sauce. Whilst a dessert of espresso creme brulee followed by a little something from the cocktail menu, is the perfect way to round off your meal.
