We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef (or Junior Sous ready to step up) to join a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen at The Five Bells Inn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside our talented Head Chef James Pearce, shaping exciting menus built around hyper-local produce, seasonality, and minimal food waste – all while pushing for recognition in the Good Food Guide and AA accolades.

* Up to £37,500 package + benefits

* Minimum 1 year experience at Sous Chef level in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen
* Strong track record of delivering exceptional dishes under pressure
* Food Safety Level 2 (or higher)
* Natural leader with great communication skills
* Passionate, proactive, and a true team player
