The White Hart is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone who loves good food, works well in a busy kitchen and wants to be part of a team that’s continuing to develop and push our food offering forward.

You’ll be working alongside our Head Chef, helping with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards and getting involved with menu development.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A genuine passion for fresh, quality food
• The ability to lead and support the team
• High standards of cleanliness and consistency
• A positive attitude and willingness to develop

⚠️ Kitchen Closed for Maintenance ⚠️

Our kitchen will be closed on Monday 9th March and Tuesday 10th March while we carry out some essential maintenance.

The bar will remain open as usual, so feel free to pop in for drinks.

We’ll be back serving food from Wednesday 11th March.
