Hello, My opening hours for this week are below. But first, a cheese new to my fridge that’s just come in.

Oxford Blue is a soft, creamy, and aromatic blue cheese with tangy and spicy notes that linger, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance it all. It is crafted using pasteurised cow’s milk and aged for 14 to 16 weeks to develop its distinct sticky and wet rind and moist texture. Definitely a blue cheese that will appeal to a diverse palette. It’s quite easy to pair with pretty much anything you like to drink with a blue cheese; I still prefer a dry riesling with all blue!

Opening hours (all from The Smoke Shed) as follows. I have the 4-hour cherry wood and the 12-hour whisky oak smokes available.

- Wednesday 14th: 10am to 3m
- Thursday 15th: 10am to 3pm
- Friday 16th: 10am to 5pm
- Saturday 17th: 9am to 3pm

Smoke Shed address: Frampton House, 160 High Street, Hythe CT21 5JR. Just follow the A-board signs. The Smoke Shed is in my back garden, entrance is opposite the bicycle shop and launderette, just follow the arrows on the A-boards.
