We start the week with the wonderful TinTin Foodie MCR Asian Dry Noodle Specialist in the kitchen cooking their Hong Kong dried noodle dishes:

Rice topped with Fresh Korean Slaw, crispy onions, our soy-based sauce, served with veggie spring rolls, veggie dumplings and veggie samosas.
