A message to all members and Anglers who attend the Milton Ponds, a Memorial Match was cancelled on the 29th of August due to low water and oxygen levels, this match will now be Fished on Sunday the 13th of September, so there will be No pleasure Fishing on the Top Pond from 8am until 4pm . Thank you for your patience. The Memorial Match is for Brian Needham whom was a founder Member of Hoyland Angling Club. Thank You.

A Message to all Young anglers who fish on the bottom pond PLEASE DO NOT FISH ON THE WALL SIDE OF THE POND WHERE THE FENCE WAS!!!. At the moment we don’t know where the fence has gone???. So please don’t think because it’s not there, that you are able to fish that place. Thank You.

Just an update about the ponds, They will still be Closed for 1 week from Monday 31st until Monday 7th of September. This will allow the Fish to recover from the low oxygen levels. Thank you.

Looking at the weather forecast for the coming weeks, the ponds might only be closed for a week.!!!.
