🐟 Whole pan seared Mackerel. Pan cooked with crispy skin,served with basil cream,fennel and cucumber salad.

🐠 Thai style Ceviche, citrus cured fish, in coconut milk, with pickled ginger, red onion and radish. Finished with lemon and smokey peanut oil
