Starting off the week we have the RAD Burger MCR crew, with their smashed burgers and loaded fries:

All weekend we have Smoke meat & fire cooking for you:

Brisket burgers, salt and pepper chicken burger, pepper honey burgers, nacho burger, halloumi burgers, cauliflower burgers...

Cauliflower bites, corn ribs, loaded fries and their famous Burger Trays!

Japanese - Mexican

Umami cartel brings punchy sauces, high heat hibachi and Mexican soul.

Chef/owner comes from a background and a love of open fire cooking. Priorities being big flavour, fast service and serious umami.

After nearly 12 years of working in high end restaurants, including , Umami cartel was created to bring restaurant level flavours and techniques back to the streets.

We're so excited to have this new food vendor with us this weekend. Fresh out of being a sous chef at Normans restaurant, set up . He's been smashing it so far this year and already has permanent residency at The Parish in Huddersfield.
