🩵 is coming to Hitchin this Saturday and we are so here for it.

Their iconic blue Rover will be out and about around town handing out free wristbands, and if you bring one into us, we’ll pour you a Hermitage Spritz on the house.

Papa Salt gin, Aperol, and grapefruit soda. The kind of drink that makes a Saturday feel exactly like it should.

Every month we transform Hermitage Road into something a little special — and this month, we’re turning up the heat.

On Thursday 28th May, join us for a one night only supper inspired entirely by fire and smoke. Think charred English asparagus, pork belly with candied jalapeños, a loaded Mibrasa grill tray served sharer style, and a Basque strawberry cheesecake to finish.

On Thursday 21st May, we’ll be hosting an evening of English wine, seasonal food and relaxed conversation in the Room at the Top, joined by Mathew Abbey, Head Winemaker at Burn Valley Vineyard.

The evening includes four courses from our chef team, each carefully paired with Burn Valley wines, at £70 per person.
