🌿 The Chocolate Tree is back…

A little Japanese-inspired woodland, reimagined as dessert.

Our Japanese Bonsai is made with 70% dark chocolate trunk, chocolate fudge cake, plant-based matcha marshmallow, and chocolate soil, finished with a silky matcha pouring cream.
A playful meeting of craftsmanship, texture and deep chocolate richness — made to look like a little tree, but very much meant to be eaten. 🍃🍫

The Chocolate Tree is back.

🥩 Pan seared steaks, dry-aged, rendered marbled fat, delicious seafood and lots of sauces and sides to choose from.

Join us every Thursday from 6pm for our Steak Night menu, served alongside our à la carte menu.

Our steaks are sourced from Lackham, grass-fed and dry-aged for 28 days, then expertly prepared using quality produce from our trusted butcher, Downland Produce

Choose your steak, select two sides and finish with your choice of sauce from a selection of at least ten. For something a little more indulgent, add garlic butter king prawns, scallops, caviar or half a whole lobster for the perfect surf and turf. 🦐

And, of course, we have a selection of w**es to complement your meal.

Inspired by a recent trip to China, our Head Chef has created a 7-course tasting menu celebrating the rich flavours of Imperial Beijing, reimagined with the finest seasonal British produce from Wiltshire. This is not traditional Chinese cuisine, but a unique interpretation that brings together classical Chinese flavours with modern British cooking.
