Kitchen Team (Passionate about food, organized, and ready to prep some cheesy goodness!)

Opening Update: A tiny setback for a major comeback! 🛠️🧀

We were all set to open last week, but life had other plans! On Friday, as we were putting the finishing touches on our very last display shelf, the floor underneath gave way due to some hidden rotten wood.

But we aren't letting it slow us down! Thanks to our landlord, a builder is already on-site as of Monday morning. They’ll be working hard all week to get the shop structurally perfect and safe for our launch.

As soon as they give us the green light, we’ll be racing to get the shop set up again. We are bursting with excitement to welcome you all and share our ultimate cheese experiences with Hexham! 🥖✨

Fingers crossed for a speedy repair—we will keep you posted on our official opening date very soon! 🤞
