I am so excited to share my news ☺️

On Monday I will be stepping into Hexham Slimming World morning group as the new consultant ❤️

It is a huge honor after watching previous amazing consultants Sarah Hollows, Caroline Elsom Mekins and Rachel McDermott run this group over 2 decades 💕

I am so grateful for the lovely welcome the Hexham members have shown me since finding out and I am so excited to take the reigns and support each and everyone of these amazing people achieve their weight loss dreams 🤗

If you would like to come along and join us we are in Gilesgate Community Centre every Monday at 9.00am and 10.30am ⏰️

I also have my Diamond 💎 award winning group of 15 years every Wednesday at 9.00am, 10.30am and 5.30pm ⏰️ in Emmaville Hall, Crawcrook 🏠

With now 300+ members to support I am very much up for this challenge 🧡

🫶 NEW CONSULTANT NEWS! 🫶

Hi, Rachel here…with some news about our Monday morning Slimming World group in Hexham.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being a consultant in Hexham for almost four years, and I’ve loved every single week! I’ve seen members achieve the most amazing things, overcome hurdles they thought not possible, and find a whole new way of living.

The time has now come for me however to move on to pastures new and I’ll be running my final Hexham sessions on Monday 31st August 🥺

While it’s going to be heart-wrenching to leave behind such an amazingly supportive, kind and entertaining group of members, it gives me great joy to hand the reigns over to my outstanding friend and colleague Amanda Greener 💕

Amanda has 15 years of experience running Slimming World groups and her devotion to supporting every single member knows no bounds. It’s comforting to know everyone will be very well looked after in her care 🥰

She will be running the morning groups from Monday 7th September - please do join her! Whether you’re a current member, a past member wanting to return, or someone who is brand new and looking to join, this is your time to shine with a brand new sparkling consultant to guide you every step of the way! ✨

You’ll see more of Amanda on this page from now on, as she works closely with our beautiful Kimberley Glasper who continues to run our evening group in Hexham - what a dream team they’ll be! 🤩

I’ll still be spending my Saturday mornings with my spectacular Haltwhistle Slimming World with Rachel members so do keep in touch if you’d like to! 😘

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Slimming World Oscars 2026, celebrating the success of consultants, teams and head office staff 🤩

It’s fair to say we know how to party at Slimming World! Work hard…play hard 🥰 🎉

Of course we are! In fact, we are open EVERY MONDAY of the year ☺️

Our groups will be running as normal tomorrow and everyone is welcome!
