Now January has come to an end we’re now looking forward to February, we have the 6 nations to look forward to where we’ll be showing all home nations games, which will be accompanied by an additional 6 nations bar menu. Valentine’s weekend where we’ll be serving a delicious 2 or 3 course menu. Also we’ll be revealing our new spring menu towards the end of the month. There maybe other events in the pipeline so keep an eye out for that. Look forward to seeing you all soon.

Also would like to say a massive thank you and good luck in her new job to my Mum Sheila Williams who has been keeping the pub clean for the last 7 and a half years, also making our bread and pizza doughs every weekday morning amongst other things.

Doing dry January? You don’t have to miss out on visiting us, here is our extensive selection of alcohol free we have to offer (Lucky saint lager being my personal favourite) We are open 12-11 seven days a week serving our Italian menu 12-3 6-9 Monday-Saturday. Sunday roast 12-4 then Italian menu 6-9. Book online, Facebook messenger, by phone or simply just nip in.

Monday special, locally sourced beef burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce, gherkin, onions and our home made sauces. Chips and home made fennel slaw! All for £12 tomorrow only, takeaway or sit in available. 12-3 6-9

If this promotion goes well we may introduce other early week deals going forward.

We’re thinking about an over 65’s menu, ham, egg, pineapple and chips. Every Thursday if there’s enough interest for just £10.

Unfortunately last Sunday evening was our last for the Chinese takeaway until the end of the summer. I decided doing 3 different menus in such a busy period was too much stress on the kitchen. However we will still be serving our roast dinners 12-4 and then our regular Italian menu in the evening from 6-9. Also a quick reminder that all our menu is available for take away as well. See you all soon, let the busy period commence.
