This Sunday is the last Sunday of the month,
On the last Sunday of the month we host our grief cafe (bar) from 7pm onwards (people start to arrive at 6:30).
This group is for you to use if youve ever lost someone you love desperately,
You're welcome to tell us all about them (wether your relationship was great or strained),
Youre welcome to tell us about the nature of their passing,
Youre welcome to sit and listen to us if youre not ready to talk yet.
Basically, if youre looking for people that dont shy away from the tradgedies that underpin living, then come along.
We have people that have come to talk about the loss of a parent,
The loss of a partner,
The loss of a friend,
People that have come to talk about their divorce,
that have come to talk about their adoption
And many more expressions of grief beside.
It's a s**t club to find yourself in but it isnt a lonely one
