The pub comes into its own at this time of year: enjoy the garden on warmer days, or find a cosy corner inside on cooler ones.

The fires are lit, the drinks are flowing, and we’ve got a new autumn menu for you - think comforting pies and hearty stews, alongside some of our long-standing favourites.

See you at the bar ✨

Meet Dee (there’s a good chance you already have)

A legend when it comes to knowing everyone, knowing everything, and somehow always knowing exactly what’s going on.

Dee is such a big part of the Star - she knows the regulars, the locals, the stories, the gossip - and probably what you’re going to order before you’ve even sat down.

Need to know something? Ask Dee.

Need to find someone? Ask Dee.

Want to know something you probably shouldn’t? Definitely ask Dee.

She’s one of those people who quietly keeps everything ticking, and we genuinely don’t know what we’d do without her.

A Star Inn institution. ❤️
