We are so excited that The Hawthorn features in a brand new book based in and around Haworth.
BBC broadcaster Steve Bailey and his wife Charlotte have been customers for many years. Their first dog, well known in the area, sadly passed away last year and Steve has written the dog’s humorous true life story from the dog’s perspective!
From 'fainting' Christmas Trees to un-authorised access to the supermarket meat aisle, and from stunningly scenic walks on the Brontë moors to many evenings out spent in a soft bed, with a bowl of treats in front of the log burner here at the Hawthorn - we're so chuffed they thought to include us in such a special way.
