His pizza stretching skills have become completely out of control.

We're talking dangerously fluffy crusts, perfectly blistered bases, and dough that somehow seems to have a better social life than the rest of us.

Meet Evie: the queen of the hand-stretched pizza base. 👑

Bigger than life, beautifully bubbled and stretched by hand with the kind of confidence that only comes from putting in the graft.

She’s gone from learning the ropes to becoming a full-on pizza spinner, and honestly, watching her work that dough has been a thing of beauty. 🍕🔥

But there’s a little plot twist…

Our Evie is heading off to Bristol for her next adventure. 🎓✨

Couldn’t be prouder of her. She’s worked hard, grown into a seriously talented pizza maker and become a huge part of our Writers Bloc family.

So this weekend is your LAST CHANCE to catch Evie behind the pizza counter before she heads west.

And behind this one? Lola.

Cocktail prodigy in the making, creative perfectionist and the woman who will absolutely not let a drink leave the bar with a garnish that’s even slightly out of place.

This is her Blackberry Negroni - poured, perfected and finished with the kind of attention to detail that says, “Yes, I noticed that tiny imperfection. And no, it’s not leaving the bar.” 😂

Lola has a creative flair that’s sharp from every angle. She’s got the eye, the precision and the imagination - and she’s only just getting started.

Every great pizza has a story.

Ours starts with Ollie. 👊

Our resident dough whisperer has been perfecting the art of Sicilian-style pizza dough - light, airy, gloriously golden and with just the right amount of crunch. And if you’ve tried our focaccia, you’ll know he’s got that magic working there too. 🤌

Everything is baked in-house, fresh every day, because we don’t do ordinary dough around here.

But Ollie isn’t just about the pizza.

He keeps the kitchen alive with playlists that have the whole team dancing, throws pizzas higher than some people can throw a conversation, and brings the kind of energy, work ethic and good humour that makes a kitchen tick. 🎶🍕

He’s cool. He’s talented. He works hard.

And honestly? He’s one of us. ❤️

We reckon he’s going to go a very long way.

In the meantime, we’re more than happy to keep feeding you his dough.
