Our story.

The Old House at Home in Havant has been part of the local community for centuries, and we’re proud to share the story behind the building we call home.

From five cottages and a commercial bakery, to surviving the Great Havant Fire, becoming an alehouse and eventually the pub you know today — there’s a lot of history within these walls.

And, of course, there are the legends… Spanish Armada timber and even a dancing bear! 🐻
